On the Feast of Christ the King Bishop Kenyon-Hoare raised two deacons to the dignity of priesthood.  The Reverend Father Deacon Degefe Lagiso Baramo, an Ethiopian refugee who is returning to his homeland was ordained priest by the bishop acting on warrant from the Metropolitan.  He will be looking after repatriated refugees who joined the ACC in South Africa and who will fall under the patrimony of the Metropolitan.  Also ordained was the Reverend Father Deacon Andrew Thomas Siljeur, a former Roman Catholic permanent deacon, under warrant from Bishop Dominic Mdunyelwa. Father Siljeur was licensed to assist with the Mission of St John Vianney, Blue Downs.
After the ordinations the bishop celebrated High Mass with Father Darell Denere as deacon of the Mass and Father Sazi Mngomeni as sub deacon. Father Thomas Teketel was bishop's chaplain, Canon Michael Williams sang the Litany, Father Baramo was the epistoller and Father Andrew chanted the Gospel.
